Manufacturing of Coat
Each product is handmade to the specifications of the customer. Please allow for slight imperfections, these only allow for the uniqueness of the products. The essence of the custom made items may vary based on the sourced denim.
Exchange/Return Policy
Due to the fact that each piece is custom made to the individual, NYND does not offer exchanges or returns. NYND is willing to offer minimum alterations within a week of the customer receiving the item for a small fee of $35 including shipping costs. Shipping
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be created and shipped. Each order is custom made and requires time to be completed. NYND will send you a progress email regarding your order after one week to keep you updated. Once your order is completed, NYND will send you a tracking confirmation to let you know that a label has been created. NYND is not responsible for the order once it has shipped. Allow extra time for your order to be delivered due to COVID-19 delays.
Care for your new item
Each NYND item comes with a care label listing how the item should be handled once worn. Each NYND piece needs to be washed inside out. Do not place your NYND piece in the dryer after washing to prevent pilling.
Sustainable Aspect
Each NYND piece is shipped with sustainable packaging. Items will be placed inside a costumed jean bag and wrapped in reused paper bags that can be easily recycled. Feel free to reuse the jean bag that your NYND piece comes in for grocery shopping or for carrying books or other items.
